50th Birthday Party

This year brought two milestone celebrations for my very favorite people: my sister and my husband both turned 50. We wanted to mark the moment with something meaningful, something that felt like us, and something we could share together as a family while on vacation in our favorite place — Hilton Head Island.

We ended up creating the most unforgettable Italian‑inspired feast right at the house. We brought in a local chef who crafted a beautiful dinner full of fresh, rustic dishes, and everyone dressed in the colors of the Italian flag. It was playful, festive, and full of personality. The night felt like a blend of vacation ease and family tradition — laughter around the table, incredible food, and that warm sense of togetherness you can’t manufacture, only feel.

It was the perfect way to honor two people who mean the world to me.
